You were absolutely dedicated to helping us find the right home for us. I've also never worked with a real estate agent who didn't try to convince me to spend just a "little" more than I had planned. You never once tried to "up-sell" us.
Most impressive though was the support you provided to us after we signed the sales contract. You knew, better than we did, that because of the contingencies that we needed to include that there would be bumps in the road enroute to our closing. You continued to provide us with incredibly valuable support throughout that whole process. Since we were living out of state at the time, we never could have navigated through all of the issues that arose and have successfully completed this sale without your assistance. Margit und ich haben ja schon vor Jahren nach Wohnungen bzw. Häusern in Florida geschaut. Es waren schon einige interessante Projekte dabei, doch uns fiel es immer schwer, die geeigneten Leute vor Ort zu finden, die sich vertrauensvoll und ernsthaft um alles kümmern, in der Zeit, in der man sich in Deutschland befindet. Dieses Problem hatte sich schlagartig aufgelöst, als wir Gabi und Bruce Charity kennen lernten. Gabi half uns bei der Suche unseres neuen Hauses, wo immer es nötig war. Auch noch heute, nachdem wir im Dezember 2005 alles eingerichtet haben und uns superwohl dort fühlen, können wir uns jederzeit an beide wenden, wenn es Fragen gibt. Das ist, wie eingangs erwähnt, sehr sehr wichtig. Manche Makler mögen denken, dass nach Beendigung des Hausbaus alle Pflichten erfüllt sind. Nicht so bei Gabi und Bruce. Ich kann nur jedem ans Herz legen, der sich Eigentum in Florida kaufen will, diese zwei zu kontaktieren. Trotz aller Professionalität schaffen es beide spielend leicht liebe, nette und vertrauensvolle Menschen zu sein. Ohne Sie hätten wir unseren Traum nicht verwirklichen können.
